About Nicole


With over 20 years’ experience across rail, construction, mining, and community sectors, Nicole works with organisations where people and leadership challenges are impacting day-to-day performance, strengthening culture, building capability, and using tools like behavioural profiling to enhance communication and team dynamics.


Her background spans senior HR, Learning and Organisational Development, and executive leadership roles, including national and global positions, giving her a broad perspective on diverse workplace cultures and complex organisational systems. Her approach is underpinned by a deep understanding of how people learn, behave, and embed change in the workplace.


Combining academic expertise with practical experience, Nicole is passionate about building cultures where people and performance thrive. Her down-to-earth, holistic approach ensures solutions are practical, tailored, and impactful, aligning people, performance, and purpose.
